In this area of the 'New Insights into the Life and Teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother' site, we present an analysis of Sri Aurobindo's metaphysical treatise The Life Divine, perhaps the most profound book ever written on the nature of spirit, creation, life, and human evolution.
In the Introduction section, you are introduced to his extraordinary vision of the future, the obstacles presented by the book, and a brief summary. In "Chapter Summaries & Analysis," each of the individual chapters are summarized, with additional commentary and analysis. This is the heart of the site.
Finally, in Book Summary, a comprehensive summary of the book is presented in outline form. (This area is still under development.)
