THEORY OF CREATION
DIAGRAM & EXPLANATION

The Process of Creation is the process by which the Many emerged from the One as a universe of divided, ignorant forms. It consists of two parts, the involution that enabled the cosmos from an ultimate consciousness and source, and the evolution in which divided forms evolve to their ultimate consciousness.
The Involution
The process begins when the immutable, unknowable Absolute (1) divides into (2) the triune of Existence/Being (i.e. that the Absolute can now be known as existing; which is the origins of spirit, and the origins of the creator that will conceive a universe), Consciousness-Force (i.e. It is also conscious of Its existence, which enables a Force or power to be born, out of which the universe will be created), and Delight (i.e. It delights in the consciousness of its existence). This is the first stage of the involution. Now the involution continues through the further division of the Consciousness-Force. This is enabled through an extension of the three powers into a fourth power, the Truth Consciousness (i.e. Supermind). (3) Supermind then creates the plane of Mind (4), which becomes the deputy/instrument that will divide the Force from the Consciousness, beginning the process by which energy and then forms will be created in the universe. Here's how that happens: When Supermind's agent Mind splits the Force from its Consciousness, Knowledge and Will are created (5). When the Knowledge acts on the Will, a plane of Life is created (6). That plane of Life is essentially unmoving, still Energy that will be the basis of all forms in creation. (It should be kept in mind that this non-moving energy exits before the physical forms of the life in the universe exist.)
When the Will is drained of Knowledge, the energy at rest begins to move, culminating in the emergence of the distinct forms of creation (7). In other words, as a result of the Will emptied of Knowledge, pure (non-material) energy begins to take shape, begins to move, coagulate, and disaggregates into separate objects, i.e. forms in the universe. Thus forms that we now know appear in the universe.
In addition to the essential Energy that emerges out of the Consciousness-Force that is the source of all forms in creation, Truth, Spirit, subjectivity, objectivity, space, time, causality, and other aspects of existence are also rendered in this overall process.
The Evolution
-The evolution is the unfolding from out of an essential Energy a universe of unconscious forms of matter (7), out of which emerges animated forms of life (i.e. life forms), with slightly more consciousness (8), out of which emerges a mental consciousness (Mind) in those animated forms. We are the embodiment of life forms of mental coconsciousness. Humans are life forms consisting of physical bodies (matter), who possess the animus (moving, vital elements) of life, and an evolved mental consciousness. From our mental consciousness, we (as humans) then evolve to their highest (spiritual) consciousness. (Even as we ascend and move to rational mind and to spirit, there is also a descent of the perfection of the vital/psychological and the physical parts of our being.)-The evolution is then the progressive development from the first inconscience in matter into life (movement, sensation, etc. and living physical beings), to mind (in conscious being, animals, including the human, the self-conscious thinking animal), to spiritualized mind, culminating in Supermind, Truth Consciousness (as supramental individuals, leading to a supramental, i.e. a divine life on earth.)
-The evolution is the development and progressive movement of all in the cosmos, including humans, to experience the very Delight for which and from which the universe was created. When we discover our higher nature, i.e. when we further progress and evolve, we experience the wonder of discovery, which brings us the experience of Delight in life, fulfilling he purpose for which the universe and we were created.
-It should be pointed out, that the universe technically begins at the point that the Energy at rest is created; i.e. before the matter/forms of form are in place. That would suggest that the universe actually existed before their were forms in it, when it was Energy at rest, as the plane of Life. Thus even if the universe were devoid of all forms, it would still exist, as a sea of Energy.
Other Points
-It should be pointed out that the involution is not a one time occurrence, but is constantly occurring.-The Way We Create Mirrors How Divine Source Creates -- The way an individual or collective envision a possibility and organize themselves to manifest that vision into a living reality, mirrors the process of creation of the universe. In fact, there is ultimately only one process of creation, shared by the Divine Reality and us as individuals.
