Subconscious Forces at Work in Accomplishment
The final outcome to whether or not one accomplishes is also reflected in the operations and undercurrent of forces that are subconscious to most humans. These include "life responses" and other hidden patterns and processes that seem to circumvent time and space and all sense of normal logic. Like the attempt to understand the mechanics of quantum physics if understood these secret patterns of life could reveal the ultimate mystery to endless accomplishment in life.

Understand Inner-Outer Correspondence to Attract Positive Life Response

(1) View whatever is happening around you, whether it be positive or negative, as a reflection of what is inside you or what you are doing. If you reverse the negative or limiting quality within, you reverse the negative without. (Likewise you can increase the positive by increasing the positive association within you.)

LIFE RESPONSE EXAMPLES
-A man's computer system is suddenly not working properly. He takes the approach that he is going to associate the outer problem, with some inner attitude on his part. He notices that he has been irritable in the last few minutes dues to fatigues, etc. He decides to stop that behaviour. He even mildly consecrates the situation. Thereafter the computer starts functioning properly, even better than it normally should at that point in its daily use.

-A woman's child is acting irritable. She associates the behaviour with her own attitude toward the child at that moment. The child's behaviour reverses, and becomes subdued.

(2) Learn to live in the depths of your being, and from that inner poise you can will something to come about, which the inner spiritual power will manifest in the world. Thus, from the inner you are creating a life response in the outer.

LIFE RESPONSE EXAMPLES
-At the height of an energy crisis a man went deep within to his inner being, and thought, willed, called, and prayed from there that the crisis should end. There seemed little possibility of it; all of society was up in arms about this emerging tragedy. The problem looked dire for years to come. Within two weeks the entire crisis evaporated, and there was not a single day of energy loss resulting from the problem. The inner had moved the outer.

Powers of Human Mind and Spirit in Accomplishment

Individuals are now just beginning to tap into the mid and upper levels of the power of mind to accelerate accomplishment in life. A very rare few are using the spiritual powers (a plane beyond mind) which enables one to tap into the infinite powers of accomplishment.

The Nature of Mind
Mind is an instrument of division. Whenever an object is presented to it, it looks at one part of it and dissects that part out of the whole and entirely confines itself to the part, considering that part to be the whole. (MSS)

Mental Focus Leads to Fine Results; Spiritual Focus Leads to Vast Results
If you are organized and focused in your mind about what you want to do or accomplish, and you have the sanction of your emotions and will, then you are creating the necessary minimal conditions for accomplishment. To insure accomplishment one needs to be centered in one's deeper consciousness within where one will invariably be open to the right possibilities and potentials in the atmosphere, that enable one to make the right decisions that lead to great accomplishment. By living in that realm one is far more likely to have descents of light and intuition of the right, of the whole, of the specific, of the right relation of the knowledge, enabling right decisions which lead to actions that meet perfect, harmonious unfolding of circumstance in the field, that end in great accomplishment. In that mode, you open the doors to infinite results where you formerly perceived limited finite possibilities. This is the spiritual power of accomplishment; i.e. the spiritual power of mind to perceive the world to enable great results, overcoming the limitations of space and time. If joined by one's consecrated opening to the Force, the response from life can be miraculously abundant and rapid.

Creativity and Consciousness
The higher the consciousness (in the range of physical, vital, mental, and spiritual), the greater the capacity for creativity.

Logic of the Infinite
We perceive the logic of common sense, of cause and effect in the gross/material plane, but they are pale in scope, in truth, in power, in creativity, in dynamism, in variety, in possibility and actuality to the "logic of the Infinite."

On Original, Creative Thinking

Creativity and Intuition
Creativity enables intuition, which means a fuller perception of the object of any knowledge. This enables even greater knowledge through education, which means greater, faster achievement and prosperity.]

The Process of Revelation of Knowledge
We can witness a process by which an individual moves from thought-based knowledge to revelation of knowledge. After assiduous study and understanding of the many sides of an issue or knowledge, we gain various insights into the object of inquiry. We start to think about the issues, and through logical thinking we understand a bit more. In that session we then stop the logical thinking that produces such insights, and observe what happens next, as revelations and intuitions of knowledge suddenly pour into our minds, without thought. Most powerfully we see that these descents of knowledge are actually dynamically new and synthetic understandings that creatively combine previous insights into a downpour of new revelations of insight into our minds. As a result of that rain of non-thought based insight, we now have a veritable mass of new understanding; one that could have taken years to acquire, but which has now come into the spiritual domain of mind in a few moment of time. This is the future way of knowing, of which a few fortunate individuals are beginning to have experience.

Spiritual Mind
By spiritual mind, we are referring to the very highest faculties of mind. It is a realm of our being that borders and interfaces with the pure spirit. It is where knowledge enters our minds without the churning thought processing of mind, but where understanding and right thought comes through silence, or higher still through descents of thought as light of knowledge (as in Archimedes famous statement ''Eureka, I've Got it"), or higher still through descents of intuitions of knowledge into our minds without the need for any thought at all. Above spiritual mind is the universal consciousness and pure spirit from which is the source of all knowledge.

Supermental Power of Infinite Creativity
Beyond spiritual mind is the ultimate truth consciousness of supermind. When we rise to the plane of supermind, the object of knowledge that we seek is simply in us; whereas through intuitions it descends from outside us. In supermind, when we want to know anything, including anything that we did not know before, it simply appears in our minds in total, in full. We embody a knowledge we never had before, perhaps never existed before on earth, as it just appears in our minds, it is just there within us. In that sense we seem to create it from out of nothing! In one sense it never existed before, therefore it has the character of something dynamically new and creative, and therefore enabling ultimate Delight of being.

True Knowing of a Subject; Perfect Embodying of a Work
To truly know a subject is to be able to effectively explain it to a technical expert in the field, or to a simpleton with the mind of a child.

To truly embody perfection in a work is to not only have the necessary technical knowledge, but to embody it from a myriad of angles. For example, we can see it in an instructor who not only know his materials to the nth degree, but can present it effectively, is motivated to explain, can inspire other to learn, is organized in his thinking, is organized in his person, including being on time to his class! Genius in a work then involves not just a mental acuity but a multi-dimensional perfection involving all of one's relationships to life.

Mind, Spirit, and Power
Mind is a great instrument, the greatest instrument we are endowed with. Mind becomes destructive when it acts on its own. Mind becomes an instrument of creation, a great instrument at that when it subordinates itself to its ORIGIN, the Spirit. Relying on the Mind, insisting on our ideas, on our capacity to plan is our undoing. Mind's ideas are powerful, its planning is effective when they are sanctioned by the inner Spirit and fully endorsed in its validity.

It is NOT Reason that achieves, but Spirit through inner Silence. Cease to Reason, you will end in Spirit. Ceasing to Reason, you are ushered into Silence, which is the atmosphere of the Inner Spirit. Spirit is the seat of true everlasting Power. (MSS)

How to Be Outside Mind to Understand What It Is
Mind is not defined by Man as he is NOT outside it. He is inside Mind, part of it. He is a function of Mind. He is really identified with his Mind. To understand Mind, one needs to be outside of it, having given up his identification with it. The first step is to know he is identified with Mind.

[Here is how to be outside mind. -Growth Online] Evolution is to let knowledge evolve out of Ignorance. That is a moment of evolutionary awakening, a moment that tastes the JOY Brahman has set out seeking. It is a MOMENT of TRUTH. One steps into the Hour of God. It may be a fleeting second but a precious second. With that moment being there, every further argument becomes live, full and rich. Without that, they reduce to intellectuality, dry and insipid. Quickly we see we do not follow the argument.

Whenever we utilize this process of creation we inevitably witness great results. The best example of this is perhaps the company that utilizes this process when it does strategic planning, or the individual who utilizes this process to plan and implement that which he wishes to be.

Following this process while utilizing the Force gives us much of the power of the Divine, when it manifest the universe. We gain access to the ability to release infinite accomplishment in the finite. We become thus the Masters of Life.

The Master of Life is one who has the greatest efficiency of life; to create the greatest results in the shortest period of time with the least effort. Using the process of creation and the Force, one creates the greatest efficiency of life.

To embody the Master of Life, i.e. to truly become it, one must become, embody the supramental plane at all levels of one's consciousness, from mind to life to body, where we become the new evolutionary spiritual being.

The Force and the Process of Creation
Opening to the Force can give direction, organization, energy, force, power, results, and delight all in one. In this way the Force enables the full process of creation.

Power of Organization of the Possibilities
-Life offers so many possibilities. When we encounter the many potentials in life we move from being human to an even higher functioning and status. This shift in our lives is exhilarating. Still to becomes useful in our lives these possibilities need to be organized in some fashion. Otherwise, they remain as just potentials for a very long time. When organized they are focused into a power that enables them to become truly useful to us; i.e. they become a utilitarian reality in a very short period of time. E.g. one man is thrilled as he becomes aware of a number of new ideas in his life. When he decided to organize them through categorization, his ultimate purpose, to understand the true meaning and interrelationships of these ideas, occurs in a very short time. How can we organize the possibilities in our lives that we see before us to turn them rapidly into a living reality?

-Life progresses through consciousness. When we organize our inner and outer lives we raise this consciousness. Higher organization equals higher consciousness, and thus greater results.

Crossing the Other Side of the Line that Makes Life Respond
Serious attention is very good. It is still on this side of the line. The ten fold or hundred fold expansion is on the other side of the LINE. Expansiveness will help you cross the line, not great interest. Once you cross the line, the opportunity will at once present itself. From opportunity to accomplishment, there is again a distance. Expansiveness of the consciousness brings the opportunity. Organisation of that expansive energy -- consciousness -- allows the opportunity to acquire further concrete shapes. Gratitude -- Truth, Sincerity -- opens the substance. Thrill is the sensation of gratitude. Ecstasy is thrill steadied. Ecstasy accomplishes in the outer life. Attention rising to expansiveness helps cross the line. Attention is vital, one aspect of the vital.

The Infinite Emerging from the Finite

The finite is on the surface; the Infinite is in the subliminal.
The Infinite is made finite on the surface by Mind, Time, ego.
One emerges out of the Mind by Silence, by refusing to think.
The finite expands limitlessly into the Infinite by moving from the gross, physical, material plane to the SUBTLE plane.
Without entering the subtle plane, no expansiveness will be there.
One has to enter into the subtle plane on all points of Mind, Time and Ego.
Mind exercises itself as thought. Silent will goes to the subtle plane. Mind's urge is in the physical. In the subtle plane, urge becomes an impulse.
Time is on the surface. Timeless plane is entirely in the subtle. Though Time is in the subtle plane, it is not enough to release the expansion. Not to think of the past or future moves one to the Ever-Present. That intensity is necessary for vast expansion. Usually it is done by the Force acting in an unknown area.
What we ask for is in the GROSS mind. What comes of itself is in the subtle plane.
Ego is there in the surface as well as inner mind. Only in the subliminal ego is blunted, begins to dissolve, because the subliminal expands into the universe. Ego cannot survive expansiveness.
Selfishness is of the ego. Unselfishness is NOT enough to move into the subtle plane. Self-giving is essential. It is spiritual.
No attribute of ego -- the thirty items in The Mother -- will permit the real expansiveness we aim at.
Silence of the Mind, losing oneself in the Ever-Present, Non-egoistic Self-giving moves one into the subtle plane making expansion possible.
It is made possible by EXHAUSTING one's effort in all physical material details.
Organising what we do, instead of handling it independently, i.e. changing the personal work into impersonal organisation takes one into the subtle plane. That ORGANISATION is inclusive of all the efforts mentioned above. It includes the other man's point of view, Silent will, maximum effort. To be able to see each level of organisation includes all the previous levels is an effective strategy. To SEE any level includes every other level is the most effective strategy. Rising above strategies is SPIRITUAL EFFICIENCY.

Harmony
-Harmony is productive and disharmony is destructive. Harmony is desirable on any showing.

If we want to be great accomplishers in life, very successful people, bright stars and geniuses in our field, then we must be objective, live deep within, and have our insights coagulate into illumined and intuitive descents of ultimate truths.

Invocation of Luck though Spirit Made Permanent through One's Character
Luck is the protective Spiritual energy enveloping one's character and personality to ensure miraculous results life has in store. Invocation of Spirit ensures Luck at once, but slowly helps build character and personality in anyone. Spirit makes one see the existence of luck and shows it is not beyond his reach. But what comes in, comes in to consummate the current work on hand. Thus, it cannot stay. For luck to stay forever, there must be a fabric of personality that retains it. The Benefits of Living in the Timeless in the Becoming of Time (Simultaneous Time)
We live in time, i.e. the past holds us in its grip and the future peeps into the mind. One who lives in the Timeless dimension lives in the ever present.

There is a further dimension of time, first mentioned by Sri Aurobindo. It is the Timeless functioning in Time. Let us call it the third dimension for our purposes. He calls it Simultaneous Time. This is Supramental Time. To put these philosophical ideas in the common man's phrase, one needs to resort to analogies. We live a domestic life which is in Time. The Rishi lives in the Timeless Eternity during his trance. If the Rishi chooses to live a domestic life according to his exalted standards of Timeless stillness, he enters the Simultaneous Time, the Supramental Time. Life at home lived according to the pristine purity of yogic trance raises human life to that of divine life. Then man rises to the level of the Supramental being.

The work done by such a one will be completed in a fraction of time. Whatever we have so far sought after will gravitate towards us, often unsolicited. This is the semblance of the Spirit moving Matter. All problems in life will vanish. Opportunities will rush from all sides. A Joy which no success can give, a Peace unavailable even in death will saturate us. (MSS)

A Toke Act or Project
-A token act or project is to embark on the act or experiment as a way to learn the secret behind that one things so that one can repeat it in the future. We can identify several keys to our success in a small project or work, and apply it to another similar or an even greater work and thereby evoke success there as well. Results will also come as sudden descents of goof fortune -- i.e. life response.

Applying a Token Work's Insight
The viability and utility of the Token Act is becoming clearer to me with every passing year. (I have read most of what Karmayogi has said on this subject.) The central concept is that if we watch what happens to us in a work, we can identify the specific inner and outer human behaviors, as well as the life movements, that created/sparked accomplishment and success. For one person it might be being more self-giving, working harder, and applying the Spirit to specific activities; for another it is to be organized, be peaceful inside, and be passionate about what we want. There are infinite possibilities that can produce infinite outcomes. What worked best IN OUR CASE is the key to what we can learn from that Token Work. For then we can apply it repeatedly in other works. And what works best constantly comes through instances of sudden good fortune -- i.e. life response.

In summary, watch any work you do. Understand what is creating success or retarding it (inner or outer in origin). It will clearly show through life response outcomes. Then repeat those positives in any other work (such as a major undertaking), lifting up the positive causes that accomplished/attracted in the token act, and avoiding those things that repelled accomplishment, attracted negative response. The major work will now unfold miraculously. What you learned from the Token work you apply to the most important undertakings and activities of your life.

The Token Work: Finding the Keys that Continually Evoke the Miraculous
There is an extraordinary technique that we can use to rapidly propel ourselves to the pinnacles of success. Interestingly it is based on our own, individual, unique capacity to evoke the miraculous. It is a matter of identifying what that propensity is, and then repeating that behavior continually to evoke a steady stream of good fortune. Let me explain.

Every one of us irregularly and unconsciously evokes sudden good fortune from life. The trouble is that we don't perceive the qualities we possess and express that attracts these instances of the miraculous. If however we were to isolate those specific capacities, we could repeat them and thereby evoke a continuous stream of luck in our lives.

How then can we indentify this luck-generating trait so that we can repeat it often? We can do it by undertaking what I call a "Token Work." Imagine in the next two weeks that you carefully observe the relation between the sudden onset of good news and a previous expression of higher consciousness or effort that precipitated it. E.g., let's say that you discover that a very positive development came your way immediately after you gave up a hostile attitude toward a co-worker. Now you can duplicate that "life response" outcome by continually identifying all such wrong-headed attitudes in your life. The result is that you constantly evoke the miraculous, leading to vast success and great happiness in life.

One man I know if closely watched the correlation between sudden good news and his previous inner and outer behaviors. He saw that when he overcame his lethargy and made the effort to get in contact with publishers of his book, money started pouring in. He also saw the same effect when he took to higher levels of cleanliness. In fact, when he took to both together, it all but guaranteed the sudden cooperation of life. As a result, now he had the key to continually evoke the miraculous. He thus now saw his own personal path to ultimate achievement and success in life.

We too can each take that very same approach and likewise attract an endless stream of good fortune. We can tie the sudden arrival of positive circumstance in our lives to one or more of the following items that tend to trigger it: Focused intention, making hard decisions, making an effort, overcoming a wanting attitude, higher level of cleanliness and orderliness, accepting what life put before you, being selfless and self-giving, and exercising our psychological strength to mention a few. Through examination of the correspondence between the outer life and our inner condition, we can discover our own personal keys to continually evoke the miraculous.

Discover and Apply Right Strategies from a ''Token Work"
Imagine that you were engaging in a relatively small work or project, and were able to observe any positive or negative conditions suddenly arising. As you keep track of the outstanding life response events that unfold, you should then be able to correlate it to positive or negative behaviors on your part that precipitated it. From that information, you now have the knowledge to apply it to a much larger and important undertaking in your life. That is, if you repeat the good behaviors that evoked the positive response, and avoid the wanting ones that attracted the negative in the larger, more significant work, you will attract response that will have a far greater impact on your life. This is then the strategy of learning your life response propensities from a ''Token Work" and then applying it to a much larger one.

Here is a practical example. Imagine again that you are the project manager of a team in charge of bringing a very small part of a new web software service online on your company's intranet. As the project unfolds, you note that people are not responding. This is a negative response directly related to your behavior. When you trace that non-reaction back to yourself, you realize that you have been too anxious about things, and have far too often initiated requests from others. On the other hand, you have also experienced several positive life responses. In fact, you have come to realize that whenever you have made an extra effort to be of service to your team members, sudden good fortune followed.

After a week of working on this relatively short project, you determine that you have four strategies to avoid negative response and five to garner positive response. You write them down and can then use then for something of even greater importance. For one, you can adopt them as strategies to apply on a daily basis to any of the work you are doing, or you can apply them to a very important work in your career or other aspect of your life. E.g. let's say you are now given the responsibility of developing an entirely new web site for your company's intranet -- a vast undertaking -- you can apply all of these strategies when possible. That will evoke great response that will have major implications for the course of your career. That is the power of learning from and applying the strategies garnered from a Token Work.

The Token Act Applied to Larger Acts

The token act is to learn the process, to see the method that enable us to perfect a certain relatively smaller act. Now we know the method to easily apply it to the same or similar corresponding much larger act or endeavor. Which means we have acquired the great efficiency of life to enable vast accomplishment; because the process is the same in the larger as in the smaller, and now we know, we can repeat that process.

Knowing Why Results Occur through a Token Act
A client gets a result as a work of the work of the consultant. But does the consultant really know what caused the response. Was it just the knowledge he gave, or was there also other factors that enables the client's satisfaction. We must explore what really enabled the outer response. This is the self-knowledge we derive when we perform a project as a token project; where we study all of our movements that enable outer results. Then we know what are our inner triggers that enabled life respond on the outside. we can then repeat it in the same or other areas.

Anyone can make that observation in any work, in any field. Further he can learn the inner laws of life that trigger instantaneous perfect outer responses, and observe them too in action in the token project.

One can select a small act, a single act, self-contained - that which is independent of other things. A small cloth shop owner who wanted to teach his salesmen learnt all this. He was selling for Rs 10,000 a day. Seeing the power of these methods, he himself wanted to practice them. The next customer was a lower middle class lady whom he put down as a Rs. 200/- sundry sale. She readily confirmed his assessment. It struck him that he should not assign any limit in his mind. On listening to him, she felt different, gave him a meaningful look and said, "I came for a Rs 200 purchase. I have a Rs 3000 purchase for next month. Now if what I have in mind is available with you..." He went inside and brought out a sari and she said, "This is exactly what I have in mind." She purchased it. Seeing the power of removing one opinion, he concentrated INSIDE for a moment and decided to follow in his inner consciousness all that he knew. She said, "A wedding is impending. I had no plans of purchase just now. Now that you seem to offer everything, I wish to buy all my requirements of Rs 50,000 here this evening."

Again as Man is the centre and not money, his own view determines the result. When he emphasizes the result, he gets the result and misses the process. He must learn the process.

Individually, one can see that NOW he who is optimistic is better off. He who avails of confidence-raising schemes is better off, as he rises with the rising confidence of the nation. Work goes to China from USA in pursuit of low cost. Jobs are lost in the USA. The small US manufacturer goes out of business.

The nation faces this crisis. The national association of tool manufacturers is called NTMA, National Tool Manufacturing Association. They are of all sizes, from $2 million to $20 million. A few of the companies are worth between 70 and 100 million dollars.

In the view of the NTMA members, this crisis is a disaster and a misfortune. We see it as the greatest opportunity for the members. How can that be told to them?

Even if we manage to speak it out to them, of what use is this sterile philosophy? Can we make them see that this is an opportunity and inspire them to act on that basis? The facts are on our side. We addressed their conference five years ago and earlier seventeen years ago. Out of the 2000 members, we have interviewed 40 or 50 of them. Several of them who were doing 2 or 3 million five years ago are now at 7 or 10 million dollars. That is a fact. But there is another side to that fact.

Several others have closed shop. Many others are frightened of the prospect of closing. The interviews clearly show that the MARKET is aggressive, but expanding. Those who rise to the occasion of aggressiveness are caught by the wave of expansion and move from two million to ten or twenty.

Those who are timid, and cling to their old ways are wiped out by the aggressively changing market. Success is for those who dare and act. (MSS, edited)

Any work profits someone. Man is interested only in the work that profits himself. He likes work that gives satisfaction, in which he is directly interested. Beyond this known phenomenon lies a vast, dark ocean of life's reality. There are unproductive works.

They are wearisome. They are done in offices where form is maintained for form's sake. Such a work is given to a man as a punishment. Even such work has a meaning, 1) for very meaningful people, and 2) people who are below the meaningless majority. That is the zone of rituals. We call them thankless jobs.

Man has two levels of personality, surface and depth. The surface progresses by doing work in which one is interested, the depth progresses by doing unproductive, thankless labour.

If we divide men into three categories, 1) cream, 2) average, 3) below average, the average progresses by doing the work that is interesting. The unproductive wearisome thankless labour comes as an opportunity to the cream as well as the below average man.

What we call surface and depth is called in philosophy as consciousness and substance. Even in the substance there is a consciousness. This wearisome work awakens the consciousness in the substance, thus making a greater, wider progress possible.

There is divinity in drudgery. The variations of this rule apply to a very intelligent man working for an idiot, a cultured, sophisticated wife submitting to a boor of a husband, an honest resourceful manager working for a crook of an employer or a leader of a party.

By extension, the cream of the population of nations is often under unprincipled, self-seeking leaders of the society or government. To us, to our ordinary human vision, one is an angel, the other is a devil. In the eyes of God, there is no Devil, there is devilish work to do.

The average man will not come forward to do it happily. Hence, it comes to the top layers of the society. They can have the sensitivity to appreciate the subtle truth behind. For the same reason in the reverse, it goes to the insensitive who is not aware of what he is doing. (MSS, extracted)

Invoking Rain through Grace that Emanates from Utilizing Flowers
Rain responds to the flower 'water' (Porana). It also responds to Grace (Cotton Rose Hibiscus), as rain is the material expression of God's Grace. The best method of attracting God's Grace is to develop higher consciousness. Good will is one important strand of the higher consciousness.

Therefore, good will attracts grace and consequently rain. Beyond knowledge lies decision and determination. Grace flowers offered to the Mother bringing rain are a common experience. Someone pointed out the relationship between the last Grace plant dying and the drought in a certain year. Grace flowers being brought is different from Grace flowers brought with a decision behind it.

Decision backing the act converts rainfall that falls short of the mark into excess rainfall. Twenty inches of rain in May is unusual. The department of meteorology classifies rainfall of more than two inches as heavy rainfall. Grace brought with decision and determination on various occasions has yielded rainfall in 24 hours of four inches, eight inches and on one occasion even 11 inches. (MSS)

Accomplishment from Levels of Manners, Character, and Spirit
Manners are of the surface. It means nothing to us, except a pleasant exterior for the social occasion. Behaviour is to believe in the valid truth of manners. Behaviour is to believe in the truth of external behaviour. Still, behaviour is on the surface of one's being.

Character is in the depths, swabhava. Whatever you are in your character, life rewards accordingly. What a man of good manners accomplishes in a lifetime, a man of character accomplishes in the beginning of his career. One who wants to receive now the rewards of life that would normally come at the end of his career can shift his work from good manners to good character. In our human life, shifting our work from manners to character will bring the results that would come at retirement.

Beyond this lies a spiritual reward for seekers of the Spirit. Spiritual realisation available at the end of ten or twenty births is available NOW if one shifts his work from character to its origin, consciousness. Character, however noble it is, is still human character. Consciousness is always divine consciousness. Instead of seeking good character, one should seek consciousness that is above character, neither good character nor bad character. Character is a structure. Consciousness has no structure. It is. Talent is Revealed When One Touches the Spirit
In an organisation conceived as a family, a member from another state joined willingly. He could not acquit himself in any work given to him. Nor did he find himself comfortable in any situation. He was shifted several times. He was asked to choose. He chose the very simple job of procuring supplies from the shop. Nothing he bought worked. The scissors he bought would not cut! Whatever could be done with him, if he could not be relieved? Suddenly there was news that he was interested in watch repairing. A watch repair shop was bought and he left them for good. He was happy. Yet that too became a failure. He came back, on his own, to an earlier trade and founded by himself an independent establishment. It has been alive for the last 25 years.

Thus there is a spiritual rule that there lies dormant in anyone a talent which others may not see. Maybe he himself is not aware of it. When the Spirit awakens, such a talent comes to the surface. It enables him to excel in his career.

Obey the Immediate Master
To obey the immediate MASTER, whoever he is and whatever the consequence is a spiritual value that hastens the best final result. Concentration on the Work Itself Energizes; On Our Self-Interest in the Work Tires
Work needs energy. When a work is completed, we feel tired. The Mother says that at the end of a work, one should not feel tired if we have the right attitude to work. As usual Mother is different here also. Concentration means dwelling on oneself. When a work comes to us, we do not identify ourselves with it. We see it as coming from outside. That way we concentrate on ourselves and the work becomes a burden. The more we concentrate on ourselves - our self-interest - the more frustrating the work is. Instead, when we concentrate on the work, work moves on smoothly, time flies and we do not feel tired at the end of it. (MSS)

Accepting, Not Complaining about Difficulties, Injustices Enables Aware Individuals to Succeed Greatly
Man's life has a potentiality and a reality that is actual, called actuality. Not all men are aware of great inner potentialities. Those who are aware of rich potentialities acutely feel the injustice done to them by their parents, boss or by life. The fruits of these talented men go to other undeserving careerists, either by chance or unjust design.

The rare few among them learn to obey their circumstances uncomplainingly with infinite Patience. In the beginning, it is a chain of injustices but in the end a glorious award, their desert, is handsomely presented to them by Life. We see this phenomenon in the lives of those who rise meteorically to very high positions in life. Most of them will fit this description.
