-As society evolves, it comes to increasingly support the growth and potential of the individual. It moves from mere recognition to empowering the individual at the economic level to supporting him at the level of culture and individual fulfillment. The more society recognizes the individual fulfillment of the individual, and fully engages in supporting it, the more the individual supports the growth and development of that society, likewise from economic to cultural to psychological to spiritual.
-The 20th century was of the common man; the 21st is of the True Individual, the fulfilled psychological and spiritual-oriented Man.

The empowerment and fulfillment of the individual may be the greatest evolving force at work in society today.
The empowerment and fulfillment of the individual is perhaps the main determinant of the existence and spread of the Internet today.
Perhaps society's greatest challenge is to support the empowerment and fulfillment of the individual.
Societies are being challenged by the rising tide of expectations of the individual. That is because of heightened expectations due to education, communications, and media, and the background force of a movement of the empowerment and fulfillment of the individual.
Society Supporting Individual's Fulfillment
The ability of the society to support the individual’s self-fulfillment, is the measure of the society. As society overcomes its own divisions -- such as war, poverty, disease, lack of conflict -- it is more likely to supports the fulfillment of the individual. Society’s divisions and dualities are extensions of the divisions and dualities of creation itself. This division and duality is also ironically the cause of the greatest diversity, which enables the greatest potential for delight as the societies discover its true nature.Society Supporting the Development of the Individual

It is talents that accomplish anywhere, but the rewards do not necessarily go to talents. They go to one in position. The older the culture, the harder for pure talents without status to thrive. America accomplished shortly what Europe took ages to accomplish.Only in times of Revolution called a transitional period, talents rise from nowhere to everywhere overnight.

The collectivity should recognize the complete freedom of every individual. On the other hand as the individual advances spiritually, one finds one's self more and more united with the collectivity and the All.
The Empowerment of the Individual; and the Individual for the Collective.
The role of the family in life is beginning to vanish, as the individual person is learning to stand on his own. On the other hand, we see the organization he works for playing a greater role in his life. That is, his work is more and more for the society, the world, the collective. (E.g. Today it is hardly possible for any technology to be just for the individual. All new technologies are for the collective.)

Man can achieve anything on which he sets his Mind, provided it is already an achievement of the society. It is unthinkable for us to conceive of hundreds of geniuses in the future. It will be real when the society fixes its mind on it. (MSS)Society's Support of the Full Emergence of the Individual
The individual in our world is left to fend for himself. If he develops the skills and has the necessary drive, he can succeed for himself in the wider world. Society in that sense offers a wide scope of possibility for each person. When we are born unto this world, we function within the values, influences, and institutions of society. But does society actively support his efforts? In America there are safety nets like social security and unemployment. There is also the free education that comes to all youngsters. But beyond these does the society really support the emergence and full flowering of the individual. When She respects the individual and does everything to support the prosperity, health, psychological happiness, and personal growth of the individual, then the society will have reached an evolutionary milestone. At that point, whenever the individual looks around, he will see that all of his life efforts --from the material to the vital and mental -- are truly supported in some manner; that he is not left to merely fend on his own. He will see that he can take any risk, initiate any venture, seek to discover the fulfillment of all parts of his being. He will be encouraged to move upward at every plane of his being. When society values the individual in this way, the individual will work for the All that is society, further strengthening it in return.This is the support of the individual person, and then there is a further stage where society supports the True Individual. The True Individual is the soul spark of that person that can flourish in the world, capable of attracting the infinite potential of life. If society opens itself and supports not only the economic fulfillment of Man, but also the psychological and spiritual development, then She will be an existence more worth being born into. Man will be born into the Vast Boon of this wider and deeper social framework. That potential True Individual can then look around and sense the society fully supports his attempt to be fulfilled at all planes -- physical, vital, mental; as well as the spiritual. He will feel encouraged to explore the psychological richness of life. He will also feel that connecting to the spirit within and the spiritual Force above is a natural part of being human; that in fact society encourages it. That will enable him to move within to the depths, to the very soul, which will give him an overwhelming power to invoke good fortune for himself, as well as the society around him. By being psychological and spiritually encouraged, the True Individual will create infinite benefit for himself and the world around him. At that point the individual and the society move into a state of hyper progress and personal and societal growth, which is evolution, that can culminate in transformation of life on earth to a New Way of Living.
Birth of Individual Supported by Social Change
The birth of the individual, understood as mental individuality, must be preceded by so many attributes of the society. These attributes will be positive as well as negative. The positive will be in the ascendancy. The negative will be receding. What recedes may sometimes rise in strength and dominate the whole. (MSS)

Money, Internet as Social Powers that Expand the Individual Infinitely
In money movement and Internet we can begin to see how the individual capacity to enable the infinite potential of life into his own life is amplified through society.
Organization Turns Ideals Into Falsehood
It is sad to see how the ideals and truths of great men and movements are turned into falsehoods through an organization established for the ideal. The true power, strength, and truth of the ideal comes from the individual, not the institution set up to organize the ideal. The organization corrupts it, ruins it. (E.g. the UN itself is undemocratic, in its Security Council, as it values democracy and equality; Napoleon turns away from his mission and puts relatives in place as he resorts back to organization of government; the USSR creates false government structure to implement its social values; a guru's or thinkers profound insights turn to falsehood through the organization created, etc.)
The truth of the Force of evolution that is behind the emerging of new great forces and developments in the world manifests through the ideals of the awakened Individual, not through the falsehood of the organization that is set up to further the ideal, which corrupts it. (Paraphrase of MSS)
On Bringing Geniuses to the Fore of Society
We can nurture the genius individuals that are emerging in life, and help bring them to the fore of society, collective, or group. If we were to search for such individuals we should look out for the following market indicators:
-Behind, it will lurk as essence of talent, a conceptual comprehension of the field hitherto unknown.
-Such people would be ridiculed in their own work spot.
-The potential candidates will be, more often than not, QUIET and will be lost inside themselves.
In essence such genius is the Spirit emerging in that individual in a new form. He or she are potential pioneers of the NEW, embodying the ever-new, i.e. creative manifestations of the Divine Spirit in forms of Force in life. (Expansion on ideas of MSS)
