WHAT LIFE IS: -In its origin, life is the infinite, creative force that builds the worlds and inhabits them with forms of its own self-conception and creation. -Life is an energy system that creates, maintains, destroys, and recreates forms or bodies. -All of creation -- matter, life forms, et al -- is a manifestation of the unseen energy that is Life. -Life builds up forms, energizes the forms through stimulation, and maintains the forces through disintegration and renewal of substance. -Life is really the energy out of which all forms in creation emerged. -Life is the energy that is the source of all objects in creation. Without the forms of the universe, life would still exist as pure potential energy. -Life, the energy source of all in the universe is different from the life we, as life forms have come to live. -Life is a vibration or group of vibrations more subtle and rarefied than matter, which expresses itself as seeking for enjoyment, possession and expansion. LIFE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL: -Life as human beings live it is a field in which forms and forces interact to produce results. -The forces that act in our lives include forces of material nature such as weather and gravity, but also social forces such as political power, social status and peer pressure, and psychological forces such as the power of ideas, ideals, opinions, beliefs, emotions, sensations, impulses, desires and aspirations. All these forces meet and interact in the cauldron of life to influence the course of the acts, activities, systems and organizations. DIVINE SOURCE OF LIFE: -Life originated from a Divine source. Life is the energy that emerged from the Conscious-Force of the Supreme Being. -Life is a manifest form of pure consciousness or spirit existing as a plane of vital consciousness in the gradation of universal existence. PURPOSE OF LIFE: DELIGHT: -Life emerged from a Divine Source, so that the forms of creation -- i.e we humans -- could experience the Delight of the originating spirit when we discover our higher nature. -Life was created in duality to allow for the greatest variety and possibility for the expression of that delight. As we human beings discover our higher nature we facilitate life's evolutionary purpose. SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION IN LIFE: -The spiritual evolution of life on earth is the ultimate goal of life. When we connect with spirit within and the spiritual Force around us, we have the ultimate tool to affect the outcomes of life. They enable "instantaneous miraculousness". -We can realize our true self, our Soul being within. -In that way, we become true Individual beings. As we continue to fulfill the intention of life around us through our highest consciousness, a nd connect to that universal intent, we also become Universal beings. -We can also connect with the transcendent Divine, and fulfill Its purpose. -Ultimately, we can become Individual, Universal, and Transcendent beings, fulfilling our purpose on earth. LIFE'S CHARACTER & PRINCIPLES: -Like an individual, life has a character. By understanding it, we come to understand why life works the way it does. -As physics observes and catalogues the characteristic properties of material substances and the interactions of material energies, seeks to understand their origin and to discover the laws that govern them, a true science of life must carefully observe and catalogue the characteristic patterns of action and response in life. -Life has a character. It has a capacity to respond, and the nature of that response is a direct function of the consciousness of the individuals or groups involved in the action. -Although we view life in terms of many separate and individual lives, it is only one single, universal existence that we perceive as many. -Life follows a number of subtle principles and laws. The more we are aware of them, the more we are capable of living our lives in tandem with them, enabling us to release the infinite potentials of life. EVOLUTION OF LIFE -This force of life is constantly evolving into higher, more complex and more powerful forms. PLANES OF LIFE -In humanity, there is a meeting of the three planes of earthly life--material, vital and mental. Human life is a complex interaction of physical forces, vital forces, higher vital or emotional forces and mental forces as well as spiritual forces. The field in which mental and emotional forces grapple with life is the field of human consciousness. PHENOMENON OF LIFE RESPONSE: -Life Response is the capacity to attract or create favorable circumstances and events from the world around us, defying ordinary perceptions of cause and effect, and space and time. -Life Response occurs in response to the thoughts, feelings and actions of individuals. -In a Life Response event, the response is sudden, abundant, and subtle. -Life response is sudden because instead of having to make a long, time-consuming effort to accomplish something, it comes to us rapidly � even instantaneously � on its own. -Life response is abundant because instead of receiving limited, finite benefit through one�s actions, one receives vast, often unprecedented results. -Life response is subtle because it does not require physical proximity, or any direct or indirect form of communication, interaction, or association amongst the parties for it to have been precipitated. -The sudden, abundant, and subtle nature of life response indicates that the universe is organized in ways that defy our normal perceptions; that there are forces at work in the cosmos that are beyond our current level of comprehension. PRINCIPLE OF INNER-OUTER CORRESPONDENCE -Perhaps the most powerful principle of life is that the outer life around us is a refection of our consciousness within. Therefore, if we change ourselves within, life instantly responds with good fortune. -That is because there is no real inner and outer. they are part and parcel of the same contiguous reality. -That is so because of a fundamental Oneness underlying all creation. That Oneness is the result of the Spiritual Source that underlies all creation. -There are subtle energies that move out from individuals and objects in life that seek out and connect with related ones, overcoming laws of space, time, and causality. PRINCIPLE OF ONENESS - THE WAY OF NATURE & SOUL: -Life enfolds through the slow and difficult process of Nature However, when we discover our higher nature, we replace Nature's way with our conscious way, advancing the evolutionary intention of life. -Life evolves through division, duality, and contradictory opposites, emerging to higher harmonies. This is the Way of Nature. It is a slow and difficult process. -However, through our higher consciousness life can evolve without going through the negative side required to bring out the positive; i.e. the Way of Nature. This conscious way is the Way of Soul, as opposed to Nature. -Though progress through division and duality (i.e. of Nature) is the difficult way, it is sanctioned by the Divine as the current way towards progress until we discover the Higher Way through our higher consciousness (i.e. the way of Soul). -Nature solves many problems simultaneously. E.g., WWII led to cooperation of European nations (EU), where there was none before, the final death knell of colonialism, etc. It is Nature�s great efficiency. -We can create that same efficiency through the Higher Conscious way (Soul), avoiding the slow, torturous, and painful route of Nature (as in WWII). -Thus, all negatives serve a purpose. It is a complementary way to the positive to enable life to evolve. -The negative, the bad, and the evil serve as much purpose in life's evolution as the good, the positive and the good. -In nature, there are dualities of good and bad, positive and negative, good and evil, etc. In the higher conscious way, there is only the self-existent positive side; the true POSITIVE AND GOOD, as opposed to the current limited positive and good. -When we open to spirit, especially the descending spiritual Force, the TRUE (self-existent) POSITIVE manifests. THE NATURE OF ACTS: -As the basic building block of material forms is the atom, the basic building block of life forms is the individual act. -Like the atom, each of these acts and systems can be broken down into smaller constituent parts ad infinitum to discern the minutest sensations, impulses, thoughts and movements of which they are constituted. Each is itself part of a longer chain or larger system of actions. -each act can be traced back to its origins in the distant past and to its explicit or subtle consequences in the distant future. FORCES AFFECTING OUR ABILITY TO ACCOMPLISH IN LIFE -the study of these life processes holds the key to the process of human accomplishment in all fields of life, which is creation of a higher, more complex order. OUR CAPCITY TO PERCEIVE LIFE'S PROCCESSES: -So vast is the scope and so great the complexity of life�s character that it cannot be fully grasped by mental comprehension. Full knowledge of life reveals itself only to spiritual vision.
