 Guru! Software offers an easy to use, yet comprehensive, integrated series of online, HTML-based courses (four in all) on team collaboration with Microsoft Project Server 2007. The main focus of the courses is the development of enterprise projects in which administrators, project managers, team members, and other stakeholders collaborate.

For $1000 your organization has access to the four courses, and can be accessed by an unlimited number of people for an unlimited period of time. In effect, all you pay is $1000 total for the training for your entire organization!

(You also have permission to download individual pages of content to your own intranet to customize the HTML pages to reflect the needs of your own organization. E.g. you might want to change the wording of how to enter information for certain fields to meet the specific needs of your organization.)

Overview of the Four Courses:
 Here is a summary of the four included courses for the $1000 price:

"Establish the Enterprise" (for administrators)
Establish user accounts, build the enterprise resource pool, customize the enterprise global, create enterprise project templates,  customize views, etc.

"Project Manager Tasks"
Use a template to create an enterprise project, assign enterprise resources to tasks, publish the project, make status report requests, accept team member changes, etc.

"Team Member Tasks"
See the work you are assigned to, enter completions of assignments, respond to manager status report requests,  etc.

"All Content"
 The main knowledge base of content that the other courses are derived from. Also contains content for executives and resource managers, such as Portfolio Analyzer and Portfolio Modeler.
