Consider printing out the statements for your business type, distributing the statements to appropriate staff, have them rate each statement on a scale of 1-10, tally up and average the scores (e.g. in Excel), and determine which areas need the most improvement. Then develop a plan to improve those areas that are most wanting in the company ASAP.
