(MSS) Work at Levels of Flat Dullness to Interest to Liveliness Born of Spirit A work can be done at the level of flat dullness, interest, and liveliness. Flat dullness needs no explanation in that it will readily appear to the visitor. Flat dull work is done by energyless individuals, most of whom lack the skills needed for their work. Interest in work, work of the next higher order, is demonstrated by dynamic organisation determined to achieve through organised discipline and work values that keep up the standard of the product. Expenditure of excess energy will be in evidence at all points in the work. When a visitor enters, he will see an organisation where everyone works with interest. Liveliness, the ultimate ideal we seek, can be seen only in idealistic institutions that maintain the high original standards created at the time of inception. Essentially one is invoking the Spirit emerging in life, such as the stupendous success that students have in a school dedicated to true understanding in their learning, a refection of the spiritual ideal of True or Integral Knowledge. Moreover, the ideal institutions such as these uphold is available to all of us when the Spirit is evoked in our own lives. Spirit evoked at any level will perform this miracle of invoking infinite accomplishment. (Paraphrase of MSS) The Decisive Competitive Advantage of Intuition They say that Knowledge is Power. In America, there is currently fervent discussion and hand wringing over how to retain its economic edge in the face of global competition, especially from China and India. A national panel has been established with a litany of solutions to this challenge -- ranging from improving K1-12 education, favorable tax policy, jump-starting the number of engineers and math wizards the country produces, more research in technology and science, and so forth. The idea is that by having greater technological knowledge, America will develop greater economic power that is competitive with, actually exceeding the rest of the world. All of these -- there are actually 20 major recommendations -- are fine solutions for establishing a competitive edge. But it is not merely an edge that we seek -- that any nation should seek -- but a decisive advantage.* A truly Decisive Advantage would be our ability to have the infinite knowledge and wherewithal of the future in the present; or to put it another way, to create the greatest benefit in the shortest period of time with the least effort. It is to condense years' worth of effort into a week's work; a dozen years of hard thought, research, and efforts of imagination into several minutes. Such mind-numbing efficiency would enable an organization to produce the technologies and the products of the future in the present. Then there would truly be a Decisive Advantage! Imagine if one could discover the answer to a technological problem in a single day and develop a product within a month based on that knowledge -- instead of the usual months, years, and decades; and it turns out to be precisely the product the market is secretly yearning for! This cosmic supra-normal Efficiency would put your firm, or your community or nation, miles ahead of the competition. How could this utopian, veritable mystical scenario come about? It can through the power of consciousness -- more particularly by absorbing intuitions of knowledge in the here and now. We can simply sit quietly in a chair, and in a moment of time, receive a solution to a long-term technical problem, attract a vision of a product, or have the subtle sense of what society subconsciously yearns for. In this way, the future moves into the present; i.e. we are abridging time into no time. I receive intimations of knowledge -- in the form of illuminations ("Eureka, I've Got It," said Archimedes), intuitions of the heart of the matter or the many-sided truth of subject, and revelations of the very thing that the future yearns for and is moving towards. With that knowledge, I develop products and services that leave competitors -- including competing nations -- in the dust. But, how to evoke such staggering intimations of where the future is pointing? We develop this intuitive power that gathers ultimate knowledge -- as well as a simultaneous will to make it come about -- when we consistently move our center of consciousness away from the surface of life, from the outer bubblings, from our constant absorption in the objects of the five sense, to a deeper poise within. There ignorance, ego, time, and finite possibility are replaced with knowledge, oneness, no time, and infinite reality. Let us consider what happens as we penetrate the depths. First of all, in the stillness and silence we establish there -- e.g. through the above method of concentration or meditation -- mind is calm. As we go deeper still within, to the subliminal being and then to the evolving Soul within, our True Selves we move away from our separate selves and open to the Universal plane, where intuitions of knowledge pour into our minds, without the need of thought. The light of Truth comes to us from many angles, leading to a staggeringly complete understanding of what is and what needs to be. With that many-sided Knowledge, we gain knowledge of the possibilities, which puts us in a position to make the right choices and decisions, which lead to extraordinary perfect actions that end in vast positive results in very little time. Abetted by our ability to connect to, and open to the spiritual Force, achievements that normally require years of inquiry or effort occur in weeks, or even days. From that poise, we are able to bring what normally would have occurred in the distant future into the here and now; bringing the infinite potentials of life into the present.  Technological innovation that brings an edge over the competition is one thing. Instantaneous knowledge that compresses the future into the here and now that enables us to produce distant products and services in the here and now is another. It is a cosmic-oriented Decisive Advantage, which is available to all who pursue it. *Ultimately, it is not mere national advantage we seek, but world unity and mutual prosperity, well-being, and satisfaction. Quality of the Product  = Quality of the Management W. Edwards Deming became famous in the field of management as an upholder of Quality. No one paid heed to him in the USA. So, he migrated to Japan, and made Japanese industry challenge the US. After that, the US industrialists sought him. W. Edwards Deming said, ‘‘Quality is not difficult to achieve, but to convince the management is difficult.’’ The industrialist, the CEO, the Board, all do not want to change, but want the Quality of the product to rise. The truth is that the Quality of the product is the Quality of the management. As you are, so is the product. Man and his product are one, they are united. They cannot be separated. But, Mind can think clearly only when they are held apart. (MSS) Process of Intuition of Next Great Thing by Pioneer in the Organization The founder of the company has the pioneer vision and intuition of something revealing itself as a new possibility in the society. Even if you are not the founder, you can act in this way as if you were the founder. Then how does this intuition come about? This process of having the right intuition of what is the next great thing comes to you when you have a wider view, wider than your industry. If you are at the level of the factory, then you must see things from the level of the industry, if at the industry perceive at level of the opportunities in the economy, and from it to the nation as a whole. This will ensure intuition of the new possibilities appearing to you as a vision or revelation. In essence what is occurring is that you are seeing things from a wider perspective, not from the limited part you now know but from the wider whole. Intuition in essence arises by looking at the part from the view of the whole. The businessman who 1) plans according to his small conception, 2) according to the Time requirements of his work, 3) fixed to be a Finite determined by the volume of his capital, 4) is egoistic, 5) will be on the surface of business. I.e. the data driven approach, known as the science of management, insists on the part, and then subdivides the part. (MSS) Calling in Company Requires Organization for Long Term Effect Calling has a direct but short lived effect on business. This is so because calling increases ONLY energy. The increase of energy has no direct impact on the direction of energy into force or conversion of it into power through organisation. Nor does it have a similar impact of results that directly depend on skills. A decision to gradually improve each aspect – energy, force, organisation, skill – and a withdrawing to a background beyond all these forces and their origin before the calling is released will have most effect. Such a calling can be ever present behind the personality.
