Perceiving the Rhythm to Know What To Do Next

Everything has a rhythm. When deciding what to do next, be conscious of how life is unfolding, the cadence and pulse of events, which will help you discern what to do next and what to avoid. Such subtle perception of existence will determine whether one garners the cooperation of life.

Subtle Sense of the Right Order of Things

As you ascend in consciousness, you develop a subtle sense, including an awareness of the very precise order things should take given the current atmosphere and conditions, leading to right actions that lead to perfect outcomes.

Developing Subtle Sense to Perceive What is to Come

There are subtle indicators that presage what is to come. To see them, we must (1) know the deeper principles of life; and (2) have developed the subtle sense to perceive them.

Life Responds to Smart Decisions

Today I was taking my usual half hour walk. On occasion, I treat myself to something tasty somewhere along the way. This time I headed out on the main street, on which a MacDonald's loomed where I could stop for some ice cream. However, as I approached that street, I realized that it was 12PM, and it was Friday, which means a huge rush at this time of the day. Instead, I detoured and headed down a side street, at the end of which is a quickie-type food mart.

When I arrived at the convenience store, there wasn't a single car parked in the lot, which was unusual any time of the day, but downright remarkable at 12 noon, when so many take off for lunch or go shopping. When I then entered the store and looked around for an ice cream treat, I was surprised to find one right in front that turned out to be a new offering, and very inexpensive. I was really surprised by the development. But would the low-cost item taste any good? Well, it tasted better than anything of this sort I had ever had at the store at any price! As I chomped away on the bar, I was startled how delicious it was, and at such a low price. It almost seemed to good to be true.

All in all it turned out to be a multiple response from life -- a quiet parking lot with no cars, an inexpensive new item unexpectedly available, its appearance right at the front of the shop, no customers on line at checkout, in fact no customers at all in the store(!), my immediate check out, and a very tasty product that I enjoyed to no end! What an unassuming, yet startling and enjoyable moment of life!

When we are mindful of life unfolding around us; perceive the subtle signs indicated, and move in the right direction, we attract remarkable conditions. Or to put it another way, when we make smart decisions based on subtle signs, life conspires to bring positive, unexpected, and charming circumstance. And besides, the results can be quite enjoyable!

Man Embracing Subtle Existence

We human are gradually valuing the subtle plane -- that which cannot be seen or felt but which is fully alive -- in ever-greater degree. It is happening in our consciousness, in the way we relate to life, even the way society is organizing and developing. The Secret, the Internet, and embracing personal, business, social, and spiritual values are several indicators.

Perceiving the Deeper Causalities

We only see the surface cause of events, missing the deeper causality of vital and mental forces, energies, intentions, etc. that evoke positive, neutral, and negative conditions and response from life.

The Reality of Vital and Mental Vibrations

We perceive invisible material vibrations, like radio and sound waves, moving from place to place; but we are unaware that there are invisible vital/emotional and mental waves moving about the universe as well, from person to person, having an impact on us, making us feel and think certain things, pleasurable and unpleasurable.

When to Pursue, Ignore a Thing

It takes a subtle sense to know when to pursue a thing, thereby creating the focus and intention that attracts it, and when to ignore it, which create the inner space that can also evoke it.

Thoughts and Vibrations

All ideas originate as vibrations. If we catch the vibration, we can catch the truth and essence of a thought. If we catch the thought and its essence, we can perceive the vibration. In this way, we can even speak to animals, as we can communicate the vibration behind our thought.

Becoming Aware of the Subconscious Influence

The monarch butterfly travels 2000 miles from Canada to Mexico in a vast migration. Science looks for reasons for this astounding journey on the surface; but it is due primarily to instinct; or more specifically to subconscious knowledge of the animal that perceives what needs to be done.

We too do things that we are unconscious of. Like the butterfly, the subconscious knows very well why we are doing it. In fact, we are compelled to do so because the subconscious is telling us to do it. That is because aspects of the subconscious are in touch with universal forces that transcend time; that can look into the future and guide us toward a destination, even as we are not deeply aware of why we have come there. When at the end of that act, we come upon some great benefit -- such as an unexpected meeting an old friend, or coming upon a great opportunity, or finding the love of our life, we are surprised to know end. But not the subconscious, which had the knowledge all along.

In Jane Austin's Pride and Prejudice, heroine Eliza Bennet agrees to visit the fabulously wealthy bachelor Mr. Darcy's Pemberley estate. She has her reasons, but is not consciously aware of the main one. When Darcy suddenly appears on the scene, when he was expected to be away on business for several weeks, it leads to the rebuilding of their relationship and their soon to be marriage. And yet Eliza's subconscious knew this all along, as it was in touch with the superconscient plane of Mind that knows past, present, and future. In each of us, there is a subconscious that is aware of what the conscious fails to know, compelling us to act even when we do not see the purpose of our action.

Thus, one goal for an evolving being is to become cognizant of those forces that are below or above our normal state of awareness. As we develop our own consciousness to a higher degree, we increasingly have intimations of messages from these sub and super conscient realms. As a result, we are constantly being guided to move in the right direction, enabling a life of vast great success, fulfillment, and delight.

Relating to the Essence of an Object

There is a subtle, hidden, involved consciousness in all things. In humans, it takes form as our higher nature, greater awareness, the spirit, etc. And yet there is also consciousness in 'non-conscious' objects as well. Interestingly, we can relate to the Essence of any object, bringing great benefit to ourselves and that thing in the process.

E.g. an individual who has a deep abiding care and gives great attention to an object, such as a tool or vessel, will see it soon function in ways that will astound. E.g. it may last far longer than it was supposed to, or will produce results far greater than its rated capacity, or we will gain monetarily from it in ways we never would have imagined. Similarly, if we get in touch with the essence of computer, it will serve us very well, never having problems.

Farmers who has fond feelings for their farmland are known to have seen productivity rise beyond belief. And individuals who have connected to these trees and given up their fears, are never hit by falling coconuts, while those harboring negative feelings about then are far more likely to become its victim.

Finally, if we relate to the essence of another person -- i.e. at the level of their inner being and soul,  instead of the surface of who they are -- we release powerful energies that attract great benefit for both parties.

When we relate to the essence of any person or thing, we bring out the infinity that is hidden, involved, buried in its being. In that way we create a invisible cosmic connection that brings the infinite to the surface of life.

The Status of an Object is Determined by the Consciousness of the Observer

Science has now come to the startling conclusion that the status of an object is actually determined by that which is observing it. Thus, if you observe an apparently broken machine and believe in the power of spirit to rectify it, and I do not, and that machine suddenly works because of your inner, consecrated effort, then the status of that object is determined not merely by its own status but by the consciousness of the observer. In my consciousness, it will be broken. In yours, it will be fixed.

Science's new conclusion that the observer determines that which is observed has turned scientific inquiry upside down baffling scientists of every stripe. (It was known in the Indian Upanishads thousands of years ago.) It is yet another indicator that the mere objective observation and measurement of phenomenon without regard to consciousness is simply folly.

Connecting with the Divine Reality

Our consciousness is so thick that we do not perceive the Reality that is around us and in us. We are looking out on the world through the distorting influence of our limited consciousness. However, if we make the effort to pierce that solid wall, the infinity rushes in and we experience an unfathomable richness, wonder and joy of the Divinity inherent in life.

Right Perception through a Calm Mind

A calm mind will tend to perceive the right things to do, and the right things to avoid, thereby overcoming the limits of space and time.

Requirement of Perfect Unfolding of Events

There is a perfect unfolding of events if one is settled in a state of inner calm and does everything required of each and every moment.

Embrace the Flow

It is best not to fight the flow of things when it is not occurring in the way you want. Instead, embrace the flow as it is, and all will work out fine.

Becoming Aware of the Subtle Suggestions of Others

People are constantly making subtle suggestions that somehow don't penetrate our consciousness; that are just below the radar of our awareness, yet are critical to our success in life. However, as we develop an inner life and thereby develop a more subtle awareness, we pick up on these things more readily, which enables us to have the knowledge to make right decisions that lead to increasing successes, propelling us to the heights, while accelerating personal and spiritual growth.

Developing the Subtle Sense

Perceiving the Subtle Signs that Enable Right Action and Powerful Results

Life is constantly giving you subtle signals of what to do and what not to do. Following the right ones will evoke life's full cooperation and your own indomitable success.

Comment: I meant this more on a moment-to-moment basis, than the longer term, though it holds there as well. In a fascinating moment recently, I had the subtle sense not to look for a birthday card at a shelf in a store because someone was blocking my way to that area. Instead I went to another shelf, and quickly found exactly what I was looking for. This is what I mean by perceiving the subtle status of things. (This in fact precipitated the original comment I made on the subject.) In this case, the physical presence of someone steering me clear. In other cases, it is based less on physical cues, but such things as instinctual emotions or feelings, or intuitional thoughts entering the mind from out of nowhere; or the nature of how time is unfolding in the situation; or the behavior and character of the people involved; and so forth.

(Durga Karthik) I think it is similar to the saying in Tamil it is written "in each grain of rice who is going to eat it." Now with the Mother's force readily available, we get the intuition even when we are not ready, catching the aimed one.

Preventing Negatives from Repeating by Perceiving Subtle Signs Linking Past, Present, and Future

Life normally provides you with subtle signs if a negative outcome from the past is going to repeat in the future. To avoid the repetition, understand what the implication of the sign is, and act (or avoid acting) accordingly.

E.g. an invitation to attend a dinner arrives just as it did several years back, before which a friend was involved in an accident. Now she perceives its arrival as an indicator of a repeating problem, and therefore tosses the invitation away.

To perceive such signs (in which past, present, and future are grasped in the current moment), one needs to be able to recognize the subtle unfoldings of life. That occurs by developing a deeper poise within, to one's True Self, which is facilitated by constant opening to the spiritual Force, i.e. Consecration.

Catching the Micro Negatives and Precision of Consciousness

It is getting to the point where I am catching even the tiniest negative feeling, emotion, thought, action, and halting it in its tracks. It's a micro precision that is a reflection of a certain progressive development in my overall consciousness.
